WORKNET is seeking new Regional Directors to establish temporary employment operations. Marketing territories are available throughout the United States for highly motivated and ambitious individuals who wish to own an operation with high potential.
Upon affiliation with WORKNET, you are free to begin operation, opening an office of your own if this is a new venture, or working from your existing office. You may pursue several types of temporary services, clerical, light industrial, technical, legal, accounting, construction, manufacturing, marketing or mercantile. As Regional Director, you market temporary employee services to businesses in your area and recruit temporary employees needed to fill client needs. You are the WORKNET representative in all employee and client matters.
While WORKNET establishes a break-even markup percentage on temporary employee wages, the Regional Director sets wage rates and billing prices for the temporary service.
WORKNET temporary employees use a time card system to record their hours on assignment. The regional director enters the time in a computer using our specialized software system. After review by Worknet Corporate, the paychecks are printed in the Regional Directors office for distribution to the temporary employees.
WORKNET also invoices clients and sends to you invoice copies and activity reports on a weekly basis. Worknet assists you in timely collection of client payments and you are paid when WORKNET receives payment from your clients.
WORKNET provides worker's compensation and general liability insurance for temporary employees, a safety and loss control program, and pays all required federal, state and local payroll taxes. As Regional Director, you pay local office, marketing and recruiting expenses, and taxes on your operation and earnings.
