The concept and philosophy of WORKNET gives you unlimited earning ability.
As a Regional Director, you receive 60 percent of the gross margin on each sale. The gross margin is the difference between the temporary employee total hourly cost and the retail price of the temporary employee service. WORKNET sets a break-even markup percentage on temporary employee wages, and you are free to establish hourly wage scales and billing prices appropriate for your market. Best of all, the temporary employee wages are paid directly by WORKNET, and the only cost to you is your own office expenses.
WORKNET corporate staff also handles all client billing and accounts receivable tasks, and pays you upon receipt of payment from your clients.
