Once you entrust us with your job opening we will:
- Accurately match the best-qualified employee to the assignment.
- Contact you, our client, in a timely manner to confirm the name of the employee assigned or report on the progress we are making toward filling the order.
- The day the assignment begins, a WORKNET coordinator will call the client to make sure that our temporary employee has arrived safely, on time, and that the work has started successfully.
- Later that same day, the WORKNET coordinator will contact the client again to insure that our temporary employee is performing to your expectations.
- At the end of the assignment, the WORKNET coordinator will call the client and request the client's evaluation of our temporary employee's work including his or her dependability, quality and quantity of work. Client comments are an important part of this evaluation; therefore, they are valued and appreciated.
- For long-term assignments we will continue to follow up on our employee's progress.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If an employee fails to meet your standards, contact us immediately. We will terminate the original employee from the assignment and send a replacement.
